By Bre is owned by a mother-daughter duo, Pam and Bre.

Pam has owned her hair salon for 38 years! Over that time she has had nail, massage, chiropractor, tanning, waxing, and microblading business in her salon. One thing she has always wanted was a boutique, but could never find the time to take all the steps to pursue it.

Bre has loved clothes and style her whole life. She went to school for fashion and marketing and worked in wholesale, analytics, and now is a fashion buyer.

Finally the duo came together to create their dream boutique!
